How We Were Founded

The Rob Schrempf Team was founded in 2026 by Rob Schrempf, a licensed REALTOR with more than twenty years of sales experience.

Rob built his career in Chicago real estate, serving buyers and sellers throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. After relocating to Florida's Gulf Coast, he continued serving his Chicago clients rather than handing them off. That decision became the model for the team.

The team was founded on a specific problem: clients who move between markets are typically transferred to an unfamiliar agent and forced to start over. The Rob Schrempf Team was created to serve both regions directly, with the same advisors, systems, and service standard applied in Illinois and Florida alike.

Today the team operates under eXp Realty, with licensed REALTORS representing residential buyers, sellers, and investors in the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout Florida.

What We Do

We are a licensed residential real estate brokerage team. Our services include:

Buyer representation, including property search, market analysis, offer strategy, and negotiation
Seller representation, including pricing analysis, listing preparation, professional marketing, and negotiation

Investment property and second home acquisition analysis

Florida: Statewide, with concentrated expertise along the Emerald Coast, including Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre Beach, Destin, Miramar Beach, Niceville, Inlet Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach.
